Riffa Views Lagoon Estate Villas

Project Overview

Construction of the ‘Lagoon Estate’ villas in the Riffa Views residential development which comprises of three exclusively distinct signature Estates – Lagoon, Oasis and Park, an 18 hole championship standard golf course, a country club, an international school, a mosque, public landscaped areas, and various other state-of-the-art amenities and sports facilities. The scope of works included structural works, MEP services installations, fit-out works and various ancillary external works. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations were carried out by GPZ’s MEP division. Joinery, Aluminium and Metalwork were carried out by GPZ’s other specialised divisions.

The 10 types of high-end villas have a contemporary architectural design and range from two bedroom townhouses to more elaborate six bedroom 3-storey premium villas of up to 1,000m². Depending on the villa type, the residences include up to 6 bedrooms, several en suite and separate bathrooms, 1-3 living rooms, 1-2 dining rooms, a main and secondary kitchen, a Majlis, a reception area, servants’ quarters, facility rooms, multiple external terraces and garages.

Villa structures comprise reinforced concrete frame and load bearing masonry construction. The external envelopes are finished in painted render, with aluminium double-glazed windows and curtain walling, together with mild steel balcony railings. The interior finishes are to a very high specification, such as parquet flooring, Jordanian stone, mosaic and ceramic wall and floor finishes, bespoke joinery, quality fully-fitted kitchens and bathroom fittings. Private swimming pools, paving, decorative hard landscaping, curved walkways, pebbled floor features and boundary walls are provided externally.
